I have posted an idear8 theme for Joomla! users available to download. This theme is specially made for Joomla! CMS system user and you can have it for free at themes.

The background is blended with milky white color, lining with cloud blue and editable; we recommend dreamweaver. What you have to do is to change the banner above the page with your site’s banner and please retain our small links at the footer. If you are common user of Joomla!, then you already know this.
